Payment
Payment must be received in full before any goods can be dispatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
There are 3-4 postage charges depending on the size of the product/item. This will be calculated and paid for all together at the time of purchase.

Delivery
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them. We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque, postal order or banker’s draft, and the funds have cleared fully against our account. Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours. All delivery is subject to stock availability.

Any problems, damages / shortages, we must be notified immediately within 3 workings days. We will endeavor to assure next-working-day delivery as long as the transaction takes place before 12noon on that day. Though on occasions due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. courier delays, holidays etc we cannot always ensure 100% that this happens! This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
You cannot cancel your order, once it has been paid for & dispatched! Cancellations must be a quick process and we must be informed immediately! Cancellation requests must be sent to sales@spectrummusic.co.uk with the 'Spectrum Music Cancellation' order reference & product purchased in the subject field header and the word 'cancel'. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit Card Security
We use SECPay for all online credit/debit card payments. Actual card details are only requested and entered on SECPay's secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) area of the transaction environment, and not on the Spectrum Music website, therefore your credit card details are not held at any time by Spectrum Music.

Privacy Policy
Spectrum Music do not disclose any customer information to third parties. Cookies are used to keep track of the contents of the shopping cart.

We use customer information for the following purposes only:
